Job description

Our client is a leading beauty brand in the Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

Leading the execution of offline marketing initiatives and brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and new opportunities.
Lead KOL and influencer marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with influencers and celebrities.
Oversee and mentor the KOL team, collaborating with sales to forecast ROI and measure campaign effectiveness.
Lead a creative team to deliver engaging content across various platforms and manage content calendars for timely delivery.
Monitor campaign performance, provide insights for optimization, and work cross-functionally with other teams to align on objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sector.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written).

Proven leadership experience
