We are seeking a sustainability consultant with experience in building performance, climate change and carbon. The focus of this role is to provide services and support in the areas of Building Physics, Energy Modelling, Sustainable Building Design, Net Zero Roadmap, Decarbonisation, Sustainable City Planning and Green Building Certifications.
The Opportunity
- Contribute to impactful projects : Support the delivery of diverse building, infrastructure, city planning, and advisory projects, focusing on sustainability and decarbonisation
- Collaborate with experts : Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve sustainable and high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed green building standards (for example LEED, GBI, Green Mark, WELL)
- Lead certification processes : Manage green building certification processes, including calculations, simulations, and documentation
Innovate with technology : Perform energy modelling, CFD simulations, carbon assessments, and other building physics analyses on projects

Educational Background : Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in architecture or engineeringRelevant Experience : Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in roles with similar responsibilities, including building sustainability certification, carbon assessment, building energy audit, climate change assessment, and net zero transitionProfessional Accreditation : Be a certified accredited professional of sustainability rating systems such as LEED, GBI, Green Mark, WELL, or Living Building ChallengeSustainable Design Knowledge : Demonstrate knowledge and interest in sustainable building design, both in terms of energy and carbon, and challenge yourself and the design team to achieve optimal project outcomes. Have a good understanding of net zero transitions, including operational and embodied carbon.Technical Proficiency : Be proficient in design software including Rhino, Revit, Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, Grasshopper, Ladybug, Honeybee, IESVE, HAP6, Design Builder, 6 Sigma, and basic scripting as required (e.g., Python)What we offer you
