Maintaining liaisons and relationships with prospects, existing and future tenants.
To attend queries from the tenants including complaints and defects.
Update defects and complaints report.
To oversee the various activities that lead up to the rental of our investment properties.
Prepare leasing strategy, actively marketing and pre-letting activities of industrial spaces.
Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential tenants.
To communicate with prospects for identifying their requirements and choice of property.
To prepare documents such as tenancy agreements and correspondence letters.
To coordinate the closing of a lease and to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Update leasing chart (monitor the monthly rental collections, defect repair cost and etc).
To liaise closely with Property Manager, facility team and any other relevant consultant or contractors.
General admin works.
The responsibilities shall be all functions associated with your position and such others duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you by HOD from time to time.
Key Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management / Property Development / Business or equivalent field.
Minimum 1- 2 years of working experience in Real Estate / Property Management or related field / industry.
Good command of Microsoft Office Applications.
Possess good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
