Responsibilities :

  • Establish strategic objectives for sourcing and procurement functions aligned with business needs.
  • Identify sourcing opportunities that lead to significant cost savings through a strong understanding of business requirements.
  • Lead strategic sourcing activities and develop partnerships with suppliers and vendors to ensure contract compliance, especially on price efficiency for winning customer projects.
  • Develop and set goals for the total cost of procurement.
  • Implement tracking systems to ensure successful supplier management and inventory management.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the procurement team.
  • Establish training and development programs in sourcing and inventory management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor supplier quality and intervene when necessary to ensure strong supplier performance.
  • Apply disciplined project management and change management techniques to support strategic sourcing.
  • Manage direct procurement performance based on clear financial and non-financial metrics.
  • Define and monitor procurement activities and services' efficiency, quality, and success.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal client and supplier relationships.
  • Utilize best practices and sourcing strategies to manage strategic sourcing initiatives and ensure high internal customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to global sourcing and procurement results
  • Manage AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) compliance.
  • Adhere to and actively support the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards to ensure quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety compliance.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and / or procurement functions and procedures in the EMS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing team that partners cross-functionally to drive change and deliver significant value.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Self-directed, action-oriented, forward-thinking and creative individual with high standards.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
