Penerangan pekerjaanAP, GL and Bank Reconciliation. -Managing financial obligations to vendors and suppliers. -Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration task, i.e monthly expenses eg. Rentals, Hire-purchases, utilities and etc. -Responsible in performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data. -Responsible for all aspects of accounting and AP function which includes preparation of payment vouchers, journals, debit notes, and credit notes, process and verify invoices related to accounts payables, ensuring accurate AP documentation with proper approval submission, managing pending approved accounts payable, identify and resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices. -Track invoices relating to prepayment, deposit, accrual, and other creditors for proper accounts recording and posting, ensure timely records for monthly accounts purpose. -Manage all accounting documentation and perform filing duties for efficient safekeeping. -Perform monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items. -Recording the company’s short-term debts. -Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior / Company.
