Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary / STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

Responsibilities

  • General Administrative Support
  • Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and record-keeping (both physical and digital).
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Data Entry & Management
  • Input and update data into relevant systems or spreadsheets accurately.
  • Maintain and organize databases, reports, and office records.
  • Document & Filing Management
  • Organize and manage contracts, invoices, receipts, and other company documents.
  • Ensure timely submission and follow-up of necessary paperwork.
  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
  • Assist in planning company events, staff meetings, or office activities.
  • Communication & Liaison
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries professionally.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties such as vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Office Supplies & Inventory
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure all necessary items are stocked and in working order.
  • Support Finance & HR Functions (if applicable)
  • Assist in preparing payment vouchers, expense claims, and simple bookkeeping.
  • Help with staff claims, attendance records, and leave tracking.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Provide assistance in other areas as and when required by management.
