Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / STPM Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in logistics or delivery operations is preferred.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Willing to work overtime (OT) and on weekends when required.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physically fit and active, as occasional loading / unloading may be required.
  • Possesses a valid driving license (GDL license is an added advantage).
  • Able to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team.
  • 6 days work and 1 day off.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange daily schedules for the delivery and collection of goods.
  • Ensure there are enough drivers assigned for all trips the following day.
  • Arrange for the replacement of the drivers in cases of leave / MC and inform the relevant parties.
  • Determine the most efficient routes (route planning) to save time and cost.
  • Plan the use of lorries / vans according to capacity, location, and delivery priority.
  • Monitor the daily movement of lorries / vehicles (track location and timing).
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods (if necessary).
  • Check and ensure the goods delivered are complete and accurate (cross-check DO).
  • Ensure collected goods can fit into the lorry (optimize space during loading).
  • Keep records of deliveries or photos as proof (if required).
  • Maintain close communication with the operations team, logistics admin, customer service, and drivers.
  • Ensure each trip is carried out according to the planned schedule.
  • Organize all Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and vehicle files.
  • Analyze recurring issues such as delays, lack of vehicles, or driver negligence.
  • Suggest solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Control logistics costs and help improve delivery productivity.
  • Answer calls / messages related to delivery matters, including after office hours (if necessary).
  • Ensure goods are ready for loading without unnecessary delays.
  • Report and assist in investigating cases of missing or misdelivered items.
  • Monitor driver attendance and weekly performance.
  • Assist with periodic training or SOP refreshers for drivers, especially for delivery procedures, handling items, or using devices.
