Requirements

  • Minimum qualification : SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks
  • Good problem-solving skills to address sales-related issues efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems with accurate and complete information.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation. Manage online travel agent (OTA) platforms such as Agoda,
  • Airbnb,
  • and others.
  • Handle and maintain all OTA extranets, including adjusting pricing strategies, ensuring content accuracy, and coordinating with market managers from multiple OTAs.
  • Manage Airbnb ratings and reviews to maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Create new property listings to support business growth and maximize occupancy.
  • Set up and manage promotions across OTA platforms to boost visibility and sales.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
