On a given day, you will :

• Manage 50+ concurrent campaigns across diverse markets is like conducting an orchestra. Each campaign needs its unique voice while maintaining harmony with our brand. You’ll develop systems that make complexity manageable.
• Work with creative teams across continents, becoming a master coordinator who builds relationships to turn potential bottlenecks into smooth workflows, while staying flexible enough to roll up your sleeves and adjust that HTML yourself when needed.
• Drive constant innovation in engagement strategies by championing testing methodologies that uncover incremental gains, proving that small improvements can compound into significant results.
• Develop an eagle eye for regulatory compliance, catching potential issues before they become problems.
• Be expected to streamline campaign setup time through smart automation and templates. The vision is to build reusable frameworks that will allow scaling without adding headcount.
• Undertake A / B tests and improvise the workflow to continuously grow click-through rates.
