Requirements
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields
- Bonus : Experience working with children’s brands or in retail toy industry
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, social media, or content creation roles
- Familiar with Shopee / Lazada seller backend and TikTok content creator tools and seller backend.
- Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Comfortable with basic video editing and simple animation tools
- Passion for toys, kids’ products, or educational play is a big plus
- Self-motivated, creative, and organized
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
Manage and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, stock, pricing) on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, GrabMart, etc.Handle daily tasks like SKU uploads, stock checks, banner updates, and campaign setupsCoordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely deliveriesRespond to customer messages, order inquiries, and provide atier-sales supportSupport marketing team in running online campaigns, discounts, and vouchers Content Creation & Social MediaPlan and create exciting visual content (videos, product demos, stop-motion, unboxings)Shoot and edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar toolsCreative vibrant, kid-friendly graphics for social media posts using Canva or Adobe SuiteWrite fun and engaging captions tailored to parents and young audiencesStay up-to-date on TikTok / Instagram trends and toy-related content ideasBenefits
