Requirements
- Possess at least SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business Studies Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Experienced, creative and good analytical skill in FMCG packaging industry is an added advantage.
- Great communication, negotiation and sales presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Posses high level of commitment and able to demonstrate initiative and integrity.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunites, partnerships, and cross company products collaborations for domestic market and Interna onal Market, if applicable.Conduct market research and analyse market trends, needs, customers behaviours, and future market trend forecast.Follow through all the sales activities related to domestic and regional export market, if applicable.Work closely with Technical, Product on department on new product development & launching,promotional event.Prepare half yearly and yearly budget for Sales & Marketing advertising and promotion strategy.Keep abreast of tariffs and duties relating to export operation, if applicable.Preparation of shipment and custom documentation, if applicable.Require to travelling for local, outstation and oversea for Sales & Marketing activities.Perform any order duties and ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.Benefits
