Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the F&B or franchise industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with F&B operations, POS systems, or food delivery platforms is a plus.
- Willing to travel locally for meetings and outlet visits.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including franchise prospects, strategic partnerships, and new outlet locations.Conduct market research and feasibility studies for outlet expansion and new concept launches.Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall management, business partners, and franchisees.Prepare and present business proposals, project plans, and investment decks for internal approval or partner review.Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and market demands to guide business decisions.Work closely with marketing and operations teams to execute brand campaigns and outlet opening strategies.Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and progress updates for management.Benefits
