- Report to Senior HR Executive
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management; processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions 3
To ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing.
Prepare and review monthly payroll reports and document accurately.HRIS including OT, Leave & Attendance system is functioning & generating accurate & timely reporting, regular 6including trouble shooting and enhancement where applicable.
Liaise with Malaysia Statutory bodies for registration enquiries make payment to Statutory Bodies;Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.Update and maintain employees records orderly and correctly in the databased and filling systems.Prepare the confirmation letter, increment letter, resignation acceptance letter and other relevant lettersEnsure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and correctly in database and reports are filled in orderly 12Work closely with Recruitment team for Employee on-boarding & off-boarding process
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.Qualifications
Degree with 3 years related experience Computer literateCandidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of payroll experience is required for this position.Experiened in processing >500 headcounts will be added advantage
Good with numbers and details.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, Microsoft excelPreferably Executive specialized in Payroll or equivalent.
