Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and content strategy.
- Experience with email marketing tools and CMS platforms is an added advantage.
- Creative, data-driven, and highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple brands across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (social media, email, SEO / SEM, content marketing, paid ads).Oversee and optimize content for brands, including Wagyu beef, Kampai, Lamoon, and upcoming restaurant concepts.Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with clear performance tracking and ROI goals.Monitor and analyze web and social traffic metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly to improve engagement and conversions.Work closely with in-house teams (design, operations, and sales) to align campaigns with business objectives.Manage e-commerce platform promotions and coordinate with marketplace partners (if applicable).Support brand storytelling through creative assets, videos, and collaboration with influencers or content creators.Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends to maintain a cutting-edge presence.Benefits
