My client is a Multinational Software Company seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance their marketing efforts through automation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in marketing technologies, data analysis, and campaign management to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Mode : Flexible office & remote

Role : Marketing Automation Specialist

What You'll Do :

Plan and execute high-performing email campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
Set up automation workflows, segmentation logic, and A / B testing.
Maintain and optimize the marketing automation platform (e.g. scoring models, drip flows).
Ensure email hygiene, effective list management, and troubleshoot platform issues.
Analyse campaign data to deliver insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with international teams and advise on campaign best practices.

Lead training sessions and support marketers in digital strategy.

Oversee end-to-end project execution and ensure timely delivery

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.

3–4 years in digital marketing / automation.

Proficient in Adobe Campaign or similar tools.

Skilled in CRM, HTML, email tracking, and analytics.

Strong communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement.

Bonus : Familiar with Google Analytics, media buying, or multilingual.
