Join a leading global multinational corporation expanding their Global Shared Service Hub to improve their main focus on empowering localmunities with technology.

Your new role

  • Facilitate SAP SD implementation and provide global support.
  • Analyseplex business processes and translate them into system solutions.
  • Document and validate customer requirements; propose product modifications as needed.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests to meet Service Level Agreements(SLA).
  • Standardise and harmonise new development / enhancement requests across countries.
  • Support testing, deployment, and rollout of projects and changes.
  • Provide user training and act as a single point of contact for SAP SD-related issues.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in designing, configuration and supporting for SAP Sales & Distribution
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD module and integration with other SAPponents.
  • Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
  • Understanding of accounting and business processes.
  • S / 4 HANA experience is a plus.
