The Role
Campaign Planning & Strategy :
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, media, SEO, paid ads) to build cohesive and effective campaigns
- Analyze audience segments and market trends to create data-driven campaign approaches
Campaign Execution & Management :
Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, including ideation, content creation, channel selection, and deployment.Develop campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverablesOptimize campaigns across digital, paid, social, email, and offline channelsPerformance Analysis & Reporting :
Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), such as CTR, conversion rates etc.Analyze campaign data to measure success and identify areas for optimizationCollaboration :
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and assets for campaigns.Partner with media buying and digital teams to plan budgets and allocate resources effectively.Align strategies with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure business priorities are met.Ideal Profile
4-6 years of experience in marketing campaign strategy, execution, and optimizationProven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid media)Strong understanding of marketing funnel strategies and audience segmentationProficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platformsExcellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilitiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsFamiliarity with SEO, content marketing, and email automation toolWhat's on Offer?
