Job Responsibilities :
Marketing Support & Coordination :
- Marketing Collateral Development :
Assist in the creation, editing, and updating of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations, case studies, service datasheets, whitepapers) specific to IT Managed Services offerings (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud solutions, backup and recovery management, IT support, disaster recovery, etc.).
Ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date, aligned with brand guidelines, and reflect the latest service offerings and competitive advantages.Coordinate with external agencies (designers, copywriters) as needed for material production.Digital Marketing Assistance :Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing and social media posts).
Assist in managing and updating the company website content, ensuring information on services and promotions is current.Monitor social media channels for engagement and relevant industry discussions.Event Coordination :Coordinate logistics for company participation in local industry events, trade shows, webinars, and workshops (e.g., booth setup, material preparation, registration, lead capture).
Assist in promoting events through various marketing channels.Sales Support & Coordination :
Quotation & Proposal Drafting :Draft and prepare accurate and professional quotations, proposals, and service agreements for prospective and existing customers, ensuring they reflect the specific IT Managed Services requested and company pricing policies.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team, Technical Team, and Management to gather necessary information (e.g., solution scope, technical specifications, service level agreements (SLAs)).Ensure timely submission of all sales-related documents.Sales Material Preparation :Assist in preparing sales presentations, demo materials, and pitch decks, customizing them for specific client needs as required.
Ensure sales team members have access to the most current and relevant sales tools.Lead Nurturing & Follow-up :Assist in qualifying inbound leads generated from marketing activities.
Conduct initial outreach and follow-up with potential customers as directed by the sales team.Coordinate meetings and demonstrations between sales representatives and prospects.Administrative Support :Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, data entry, and document organization.
Manage and track licensing renewals and basic procurement tasks related to client accounts.Reporting & Analytics :
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and sales activities.Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing strategies based on data analysis.Job Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in Sales Support, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role, preferably within the IT industry or a technology-driven environment. Experience with an MSP is a significant advantage.Familiarity with IT Managed Services concepts (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, network solutions, IT support).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin / Cantonese is a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with a strong customer service orientation.Remuneration : RM3,000 - RM4,000
