Platform Strategy and Performance -Manage overall e-commerce strategy across owned and third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.). -Own platform KPIs including traffic acquisition, conversion rates, sales targets, and customer journey optimisation. -Develop and execute A / B testing plans to improve UX / UI and site functionality. -Monitor platform analytics and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights. Merchandising and Content Management -Oversee online merchandising including product categorization, copywriting, imagery, and promotional placements to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. -Ensure all product listings are updated across platforms with accurate pricing, stock availability, and product details. Operations and Fulfilment -Work closely with Retail, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, and 3rd party fulfilment providers to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery. -Monitor inventory levels and ensure proactive replenishment, especially for high-demand SKUs. Campaign Planning and Execution -Plan and manage monthly digital marketing and sales campaigns (including Mega Campaigns and BAU promotions). -Liaise with Key Account Managers from e-commerce platforms to maximise visibility and participation in key campaigns. -Prepare sales forecasts, trade spending budgets, and campaign performance evaluations. Requirements -Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field. -Minimum 5 years in e-commerce management, preferably with multi-platform experience (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok). -Strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and online sales strategy. -Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors or platform account managers. -Proficient in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards). -Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving abilities. -Data-driven with a sharp analytical mindset and commercial acumen. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Working Conditions -This position will be based at our HQ office in Section 33, Shah Alam. -Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
