Your new role

• Support in reporting and manage all accounts receivable functions, including posting receipts and revenue recognition.
• Assess outstanding debts and make provisions accordingly.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and generate customer statements.
• Collaborate with the sales team on customer collections and credit limit reviews.
• Handle and release credit holds related to customer transactions.
• Calculate and maintain schedules for monthly / quarterly sales rebates.
• Participate in bad debt reviews and provisions, including CECL reviews.
• Conduct corporate flux analysis (DSO).
• Perform bank reconciliations related to AR functions.
• Assist and liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
