Plan and direct deployment of sales staff, training and performance evaluations in order to derive the optimal output from the sales team.
Ensures that the entire sales activities including distribution, sales service and collections are properly managed and controlled in line with the Company objectives.
Develop new accounts and manage existing customer base in central region by evaluating sales potential
Actively follow up with customers’ requirements
Identify customers’ needs and offer technical solutions, training & application support
Plan, forecast and materialize personal sales target
Utilize company tools to maintain & management clientele
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with preferably 5 years of experience in related industry.
Preferably with technical background in areas relating to electronics test & measurement, or electrical / electronics equipment.
Exposure and technical background in E&E test and measurement solution (EMI / EMC) or E&E equipment
Strong Knowledge & savvy in electronic & electrical industrial equipment
Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly
Good communication skill especially in English
Dynamic, Independent and able to adapt to multi-tasking environment
Possess own transport and required to travel within Malaysia
