Key Responsibilities :
Administration & Facilities Support
- Managing access cards
- Update attendance, ESG KPIs, and expenses reports
- Maintain the facilities assets records
- Team claims facilitation
- Manage courier services
- Manage office supplies
- Office facilities
- Raise Payment Memo in ABEX and Dynamic 365
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings for internal or with external parties when required Other ad-hoc operations work
Marketing
Event Organizing Coordination - SPOC at MY OfficeUpdate New recruits to the Marketing teamFollow up with new joiners on the details needed byMarketing team to post at LinkedInProcurement
Liaise with procurement on any ABEX and Dynamics 365 issuesWho Were Looking For :
Currently pursuing a degree / diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
