KYC Team Lead

An established FinTech company is looking for KYC Team Leaders to join their fast-growing team! Your New Company This organisation is a fast-growing global financial institution which strives to deliver the best experience for its customers. They offer multiple products and are currently hiring for a KYC Team Lead role to join their fast-growing team. Your New Role What you will do in the KYC Team Lead role :

  • Conduct and perform checks on CDD for new / existing clients
  • Enhance and streamline CDD process
  • Lead, grow and develop a team of KYC analysts, working closely with L2 compliance team
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders including BD, Legal, Operations etc as well as external stakeholders

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Diploma in Finance, Business Administration or an industry-related field
  • Possesses at least 4-5 years of experience in KYC / Client Servicing roles within the financial sector
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven past experience in client servicing roles
  • Proven past experience in reviewing KYCs of individual and corporate clients – the ability to understand and review complex corporate structures across jurisdictions will be a huge plus
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be preferred
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain and understanding of regulations across jurisdictions will be a bonus
