Your new role As the Warehouse Supervisor, you play a vital role in managing inventory operations with precision and efficiency. You oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely receipt, accurate storage, and seamless dispatch of industrial supplies. Your responsibilities include optimising pick-and-pack processes to enhance order fulfilment speed and accuracy while maintaining full traceability and visibility of inventory data. By leveraging best practices in inventory management, you streamline stock movement, minimise discrepancies, and uphold compliance with safety and operational standards. Leading a dedicated team, you foster a culture of efficiency and accountability, ensuring that inventory control supports the company’s commitment to operational excellence. What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in the Logistics Service Provider industry (3PL / 4PL).
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and reconciliations for precise inventory tracking.
• Maintain and improve inventory records to enhance efficiency and system performance.
• Liaise with key customers in the electronics, electrical, and industrial sectors to address inventory issues.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics to streamline inbound / outbound processes.
• Oversee billing documentation, inventory reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• People management skills.
