Responsibilities

a) Project Management

Plan, coordinate, monitor and manage Allianz4Good projects.
Evaluate for Allianz4Good projects.
Work with various NGOs / Social enterprises on CSR projects that aligned with CSR pillars

b) Administration

Assist in all administration tasks for CSR projects roll out and implementation

Well versed with Corporateernance and policies pertaining to CSR

c)munications

Able to churn out quality reports

Content writing for newsletters, social media post, press release, annual reporting and other generalmunications

Effective public relations and record keeping

Coordinating events, volunteering activities and trainings

Support in preparing production of videos or photos of CSR initiatives

Requirements :

Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Sustainability or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience in Financial Industry is in advantage

Good interpersonal and organisational skills

Ability to work independently, resourceful and able to multitask

Excellent written and verbalmunication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Good project management skills and team work

Excellentputer knowledge including Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Project Management Tool

Experience using ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas, draft content, and improve writing efficiency.
