What you will do -Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates -Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable -Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position -Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines -Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and external resources provided. To succeed in this role, you will need : -A degree or above in any disciplines -Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally -To be self motivated and result driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to succeed -To think outside the box for creative solutions and challenge the status quo -A proven track record in external recruitment or sales environment is preferred.
