Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or customer service role, preferably in the client & sales administration industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the sales department
Responsibilities
