Are you passionate about driving manufacturing excellence in a regulated, high-impact environment? We’re looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in leading continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a world-class medical device setting.
Let's Talk About the Role :
Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing processes including line layout, material flow, process validation, and lean initiatives.
Drive improvements in production efficiency, yield, and output while reducing non-conformance and reject rates.
Ensure full compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and business systems related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
Provide technical mentoring and build capability within the team to support performance and development.
Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Champion Business Excellence and lead initiatives involving new technology development and implementation.
Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed.
Develop and implement sustainable documentation and procedures, including Assembly Procedures and PFMEA.
Collaborate with NPI teams to transition new processes into robust mass production.
Collaboration & Leadership :
Communicate technical concepts effectively at various levels.
Influence and inspire others within the team and across departments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Safety, Quality, Production, and Facilities to align and meet business goals.
Embrace a collaborative and open feedback culture, contributing actively and respectfully within your team.
Let's Talk About Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant field, ideally in the medical device industry .
Strong experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis).
Familiarity with the full equipment and process development life cycle.
Able to work independently and solve complex technical challenges.
Background or experience in the textile industry is a strong advantage.
