We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive who lives in data, loves testing, and wants to grow with us. You'll drive social media growth, produce compelling content, and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management -Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and audience behavior. -Monitor community engagement, respond to comments / messages, and foster online communities. Content Planning and Creation -Ideate, write, and produce engaging content : social posts, email newsletters, and short-form videos. -Design supporting visuals and graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Digital Advertising (Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) -Planning, setting up, and managing paid media campaigns across platforms (Display, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). -Monitor ad performance daily and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs. -Liaise with external vendors or media partners when required for campaign collaborations, ad placements, or influencer engagements. Performance Analysis and Reporting -Analyze campaign performance using platform insights (Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). -Provide monthly performance reports, including key metrics, learnings, and actionable recommendations. -Track and report on engagement rates, conversions, website traffic, and other relevant KPIs. -Continuously test and iterate strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Requirements -Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. -2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or paid media. -Proficiency with social platforms : Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn, and YouTube—both as creator and manager. -Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin with strong copywriting skills that drive conversions. -Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. -Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. -Creative thinking with a passion for digital trends and marketing innovations. Good to Have (Optional) -Comfortable on camera; confident presentation and hosting skills. -SEO or SEM knowledge.
