Requirements

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Audiology or SLP.
• Malaysian.
• Local or Foreign Institutions
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided
• Patient friendly and able to communicate well.

Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Administer basic hearing tests including air conduction, bone conduction using PTA

methods.

2. Impedance testing including ART , Reine, Weber as required.

3. Suggest and promote the suitable Hearing Aid for the customer based on test done.

4. Train customers in using hearing aids.

5. Assist in performing hearing procedures when necessary.

6. Do sales promotions in public location, government and private hospitals and other

appropriate locations.

7. Communicate with doctors for referral cases as required.

8. Manage accounts, sales and cash transaction, correctly including inventory of goods.

9. Source new customers, by locations and thru hospitals and other sources.

10. Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication

campaigns including social media.

11. Promote products thru social media.

12. Store and update all customer records electronically.

13. Manage new and old customers thru calls or visiting patient in center.

14. Up-keep the center.

15. Hearing Awareness program arrangement to Industries, healthcare centers, Educational

Centers, and other agencies.
