Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field, with preference for candidates with client management or business development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Required skills :  Business Development, Cloud Computing, AWS Consulting
  • Language required : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and office software, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), with cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Client Relationship Management : Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions, establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Client Planning : Develop and execute strategic client plans to achieve business objectives and maximize account growth.
  • Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Contract and Renewal Management : Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and remain up to date.Manage invoicing, billing inquiries, and payment tracking to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping : Utilize CRM systems and other tools to accurately document client interactions, contracts, and account statuses.Prepare regular reports on account performance, client activities, and other key metrics for management review.
  • Relationship Management

  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with external and internal partners (including sales, product, marketing, and customer support teams) to ensure service delivery consistently meets client expectations.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling : Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services to clients, enhancing overall account value.
