Penerangan pekerjaanHandle daily data entry and maintain accurate accounting records. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations. Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records. Assist in E-Invoices and audit preparations. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for payment follow-ups. Other ad-hoc tasks that help to smoothen accounting and finance EPF / SOSCO / EIS / PCB Annual Leave Medical and Hospitalization Leave Allowance provided. Training provided. Yearly bonus and increment depends on performance and evaluation from immediate superior. Birthday celebration. Training Provided Allowance Provided
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge about E-invoice is a must.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with local tax regulations and latest updates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
