Job description :
- 1. Responsible for preliminary screening of personnel resumes, invitation and interview arrangement of candidates, follow-up of interview results, and communication with candidates on recruitment and entry;
- 2. Responsible for the signing and management of labor contracts and related agreements, and handling the procedures of employee entry, regular transfer, renewal, post transfer and dimission;
- 3. Responsible for labor supplier management, employee relations and labor dispute settlement;
- 4. Communicated with third-party human resources on monthly payroll accounting of dispatched personnel; Ensure the regular payment of monthly salaries;
5. Responsible for administrative logistics, consumables procurement, staff catering order, garbage disposal, account verification, etc.
6. Responsible for project billing calculation & accrual preparation,and the other related finance matters.

1、负责人员简历初步筛选,候选人的邀约及面试安排,跟踪面试结果,和候选人进行录用和入职沟通;
2、负责劳动合同和相关协议的签订及管理,办理员工入职、转正、续签、调岗、离职等手续;
3、负责劳务供应商管理,员工关系、劳动争议处理;
4、每月与第三方人力资源对接派遣人员薪资核算事项;保证每月工资正常发放;
