Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of working experience in administrative, operations support, or asset management.
- Knowledge of ISO and ESG frameworks is an advantage.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (spoken & written).
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions such as office coordination, documentation, and filing.Ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal administrative procedures.Maintaining and updating various records, databases, and filing systemsCompile and organize ESG-related data and liaise with departments to ensure timely submission.Collect and consolidate performance and analysis data from all departments.Monitor usage and allocation of company fleet cards and Touch 'n Go (TNG) cards.Maintain a record of company fixed assets, support asset tagging, tracking, and movement.Assist in physical asset verification and reconciliation exercises.Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the superior or management.Coordinate and manage all matters related to ISO certification renewals and compliance.Benefits
