R&D Software Test Engineer

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years related experience. Requirements : - Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
• Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA.
• Good knowledge of C# and python programming language.
• Good understanding of general instrument operations and automation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments. Job Descriptions : - Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate new and existing features for applications to ensure the application meets the specifications, functionalities, performance, and security requirements.
• Execute all test levels of testing including system, integration, and regression test.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for regression testing, contributing to continuous quality assurance.
• Document and maintain test plans, test results, defect logs, and regression reports clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand system architecture and requirements, ensuring thorough and effective testing coverage.
• Identify, prioritize and implement improvements in application verification processes, with a focus on enhancing quality, performance, reliability, repeatability, scalability, and security.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of application performance and functionality, delivering strategic recommendations to improve overall software quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
