Requirements
- Accountable to ensure all inquiries for problematic delivery issues are well addressed on
- daily basis and close in timely mannered in all mediums
- Accountable to conduct a thorough investigations for all problematic parcels / delivery issues within the allotted time
- Accountable to verify all claims submissions from all claimant
- To prepare report on the related problematic delivery issues on weekly basis
- To ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOP
- To ensure the relevant stakeholders are well informed with issue that tag to order(s)
- To ensure the accuracy of data input into the recovery system
- To assist Manager / Head for any ad hoc projects and analysis as and when required.
Responsibilities
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduate encouraged to apply)2 years working experience in courier service will be an added advantageCandidate must be a process and details oriented.
