Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in technical support
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks.
- Knowledge of MS Office, cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Experience with basic networking (e.g., IP configuration, DNS, VPN setup).
- Strong customer service background—handling queries calmly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Experience in managing difficult users or urgent support requests.
- Capable of explaining technical terms in simple, clear language.
- Ability to learn technical details quickly and provide accurate solutions to users.
- Experience providing Level 1 or Level 2 support (depending on the role level).
- Willing to travel overseas & locally with own transport (Car).
- Able to join immediately.

Responsibilities
Able to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment or systemsHandling customer technical support cases through onsite, phone & email submissions.To provide technical support, resolve queries, and train end users.To perform weekly & monthly maintenance for customers' equipment.To troubleshoot, diagnose & repair hardware / software problems.Assist staff or customers.Monitoring hardware, software & system performance.Writing basic reports on findings, completed work, or suggestions for improvement.Keeping service logs and maintenance records up to date.Identifying and repairing faults or breakdowns to minimize downtime.Ability to learn technical details quickly and provide accurate solutions to users.Communicating effectively with supervisors or engineers.Benefits
