Requirements

We are a job portal company that's changing how people find work in Malaysia. We run three platforms - Maukerja, Ricebowl (for job seekers), and Ajobthing (for employers). We're growing fast, and I need someone who can keep up.

  • Not just managed team but make sure they all align and deliver the objective.
  • Can adapt when plans go sideways.
  • Understand both side of our business; job seekers need jobs, employers need talent.
  • Understand data and user.
  • Can work full time in office.

Responsibilities

  • Ship out useful fixes or features every week. Yes, our sprint is weekly.
  • Can communicate clearly with the users (internal, jobseekers or employers).
  • Can make tough decision when resources are limited and build with what you have.
  • Manage the dev team & give them clear direction.
  • Sit in strategy meetings and learning sessions.
