Responsibilities :

Job Summary : The Senior Associate Consultant – Workday HRIS supports the configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday modules, ensuring functionality aligns with HR and business needs. This role bridges system knowledge with business operations, helping to deliver consistent and effective Workday solutions.

Job Responsibilities :

Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, etc.).

Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and reporting.

Assist in Workday enhancement projects and release adoption planning.

Partner with HR stakeholders (e.g., HRBP, HRSS, COE) to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution or escalation.

Draft and prepare UAT scripts to support testing activities.

Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Support end-user training and change management activities.

Job Qualification :

Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or any field related to HR Systems.

1–3 years of experience in Workday HRIS systems support.

Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.

Hands-on configuration experience in at least one Workday module.

Experience working with HR teams in a global or regional environment is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
