A fast-scaling AI infrastructure and solutions provider is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate growth across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Japan.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role ideal for someone who can lead high-value enterprise accounts while building long-term, scalable partner ecosystems. You’ll be joining a lean, high-performance team driving AI adoption across multiple industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
Enterprise Growth
- Manage and deepen relationships with key enterprise clients across SEA, China, and Japan
- Uncover client needs and map tailored AI solutions—such as RAG frameworks and GPU infrastructure—to deliver real business value
Partnership Development
Identify, onboard, and grow channel partners and go-to-market alliancesCo-create market expansion plans, build joint offerings, and scale reach across the regionCommercial Execution
Own the full BD lifecycle—from first contact to commercial close—with both clients and partnersStructure enterprise and channel agreements aligned with strategic goals and delivery capabilitiesInternal Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure strong execution and client satisfactionThe Ideal Profile
A relationship-builder with a strong network and ability to influence senior stakeholdersA commercially minded operator who can balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term executionTech-savvy and curious about how AI and GPU-powered infrastructure are transforming businessesRegional in mindset—with experience across Southeast Asia, China, and / or JapanMandarin-speaking preferred due to key market coverage in Greater ChinaWhat You Bring
5+ years in business development, partnerships, or key account management—ideally in AI, SaaS, cloud, or infrastructure techProven ability to close deals, manage enterprise accounts, and grow strategic partner networksStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience aligning technical solutions to commercial outcomesA self-starter mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-moving startup environmentWhat’s in It for You
