Role Purpose

The Employee Experience Specialist will be a key person to the HR Business Partner and the retail team. You will be responsible for the staffing needs and identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill the frontliner teams, by participating in the interviewing and hiring process and planning for business growth.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end retail, contractor and intern recruitment processes, including job description development, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations, with a focus on both corporate and retail hiring.
  • Develop and maintain a strong retail talent pipeline by proactively engaging with potential candidates through market research, sourcing strategies, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Lead and contribute to recruitment initiatives and special projects, including enhancing interview techniques, leveraging internal talent sources, and implementing best hiring practices.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to assess business needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Identify and implement HR programs that align with strategic business objectives, ensuring high service standards and adherence to hiring best practices.
  • Support in executing seamless retail onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate-to-employee transition.
  • Drive and plan engagement activities that enhance employee experience and retention.
  • Handle additional HR-related tasks and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Prior agency recruitment and / or full-cycle recruiting experience in-house, search firm and / or RPO setting would be advantageous.
  • Open to candidates with minimum 2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, with strong social recruiting footprints.
  • Campus recruitment experience would be a plus.
