Responsibilities
- Identify Business Banking's business opportunities in the area
- Drive Business Banking business as planned including Initiate and organize ground marketing activities and awareness programme in the area
- Initiate business tie up with business associates, corporate, developers, solicitors, valuers etc to achieve loan, deposit, customer base growth as well as cross-selling targets.
- Assist to close sale when the need arises to ensure minimal loan / deposit loss and high customers' retention.
- Achieve sales targets and Monitor Sales Performance, AA Cancellation, Pre & Post-Disbursement Conditions, PNPL & NPL.
- Recruit and train all sales personnel in the area including forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirement in line with business strategy.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.Be a part of UOB Family
