R&D Engineer (Entry Level)

Responsibilities :

Support the R&D or Technical team in daily operations and the execution of development projects

Assist in the development of new products through testing, trials, and process optimization

Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, reports, and product specifications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance meet required standards

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product innovation and manufacturing processes

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

Educational background or strong interest in textiles, chemicals, materials science, or mechanical systems

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for effective communication with internal teams and external partners

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
