Job Descriptions :
- Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and
statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Manage compensation and benefits programs, performance appraisal cycles,employee engagement activities, staff insurance and claims.
Design and manage employee incentive structures to support performance andretention
Lead talent acquisition strategies to meet operational needs across outlets and HQ.Drive training and development initiatives to build workforce capability.Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook.Ensure HR operations comply with labour laws and regulatory requirements.Job requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced industries is an advantage.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR practices, and payroll systems.Proven experience in designing and administering incentive structures.Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and HRMS platforms.
