We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience in the healthcare and medical packaging sectors, who possesses exceptional selling and key account management skills, can develop adaptable solutions for challenges, and excels in project management and sales execution.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Understand Tyvek® value proposition and achieve sales targets through creating downstream customer demand.
Enhance brand advocacy in the healthcare industry by fostering loyalty with value chain partners.
Establish and maintain strong networking with medical device manufacturers and sterile packaging manufacturers.
Identify growth opportunities and manage pipelines based on industry expertise and by engaging with value chain partners.
Monitor closely competitive situation in the market and develop business solution to defend share for project-at-risk.
Collaborate with various functions such as technical, CSR, supply chain & quality to manage entire sales cycle.
Adherence to company core values, code of conduct, and culture principles.
Education & Experience
Require :
Education Background : Bachelor’s degree with a major in Polymer, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Material Science.
Work Experience : A minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in multinational companies within the healthcare industry, medical packaging, or medical devices.
Strong Attributes : Willing to address challenges through the development of adaptable solutions; strong business acumen; ability to manage projects and execute sales effectively; self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented; able to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently.
Good Communication Skills : Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; open-minded and willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Language Proficiency (oral and written) :
For Malaysian candidates : Fluent in Malay and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
For Vietnamese candidates : Fluent in Vietnamese and English; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
