We are looking for candidates who :
- Have experience in cooking à la carte , Western cuisine , pastry , traditional kuih-muih , Asian food , Malay cuisine , and more.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia
- Have a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts or any related field (this is an added advantage).
- Have experience working in hospitality , restaurants , catering , or other F&B sectors (preferred).
- Fresh graduates in Culinary who are willing to learn and improve their skills are also welcome to apply.
- Can work in a team .
- Have good time management skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare food / menu as instructed by the supervisor.Ensure that meals are prepared on time according to the set schedule.Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy after cooking.Report to the supervisor about daily activities or prepared menu.Make sure raw ingredients are fresh and safe before cooking.Ensure cleanliness and food safety of the dishes served.Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.Benefits
