You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success role, ideally within the Other Services industry.You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilienceYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardProficiency in Native Language (Read / Speak)Good command over verbal & written English languagePrior work experience in a LPO / Regulatory work , Social Media platforms is a plusAwareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets / countriesMature & analyticalHigh on team work and engagementThe Employer
