Responsibilities
- Own product definition and development, from initial requirements to product launch, monitoring, and refinement
- Lead a team of product managers to drive business growth
- Work with senior management to define and track success criteria
- Work with design and engineering to craft a delightful user experience
- Drive successful integration with external partners
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure product strategy aligns with overallpany goals and objectives
About You
Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products in the fintech industryStrong leadership skills with experience managing a team of product managersExcellentmunication skills with the ability tomunicateplex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in an Agile development environmentDemonstrated success working on B2C productsStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisionsPassion for fintech and a deep understanding of the financial services industryExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhat's Next...
