Requirements

Education & Experience

SPM / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Automotive, or related field.
Experience in live hosting, sales, social media, or customer service is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
Clear, confident, and engaging speaking style suitable for live presentation.
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking on camera.
Presentable and confident with a strong stage presence.
Familiar with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, TikTok Live, Shopee Live).
Basic understanding of lighting, camera angles, and live-streaming tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Live Streaming-Host live sessions on social media / e-commerce platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, TikTok Live).

Present and explain vehicle features, promotions, accessories, and services in an engaging manner.

Answer customer inquiries in real time during live sessions.

Understand technical specifications and selling points of different motorcycles models and merchandise.

Stay updated on new launches, offers, and industry trends.

Interact with online audiences in a friendly and professional tone.

Encourage viewers to ask questions, comment, and make purchases or bookings.

Work with the marketing / content team to prepare live scripts, product highlights, and promotional messages.

Assist in planning themes or campaigns for each live session.

Track performance metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement rate, conversion).

Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve future sessions.

Maintain a positive and professional image of the brand.

Align hosting style with the company’s branding and tone of voice

Support pre-live and post-live promotional activities

Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure accurate information is shared.
