We are looking for an Account Manager to further strengthen our salesdepartment.

As an Account Manager, you will play an important role in sell the organization's products to customers, both broadening services to existing customers as well as detecting new opportunities in the market, within the business strategies and pricing frameworks, in order to achieve volume and sales objectives and to increase market share.

Some of your main duties & responsibilities :

• Managing wide portfolio of customers, from global strategic accounts to local leading accounts in lubricant industry
• Work as the key role in Oleon global strategic account team in to manage the customer relationship between Oleon and global leading lubricant companies in Asia Pacific markets
• Implement global business strategy in lubricant market in Asia Pacific region. Develop our position in the lubricant segment by expanding our business at the existing customers and growing new customers by active prospection.
• Manage the daily customers' visits, reporting and contracts and other follow-ups
• Work closely with your colleagues within and outside the sales department (marketing,supply chain, purchasing) to make sure you can meet the requirements of both the customer and Oleon
• Achieve both the financial targets and no-financial KPIs as required
